Purchasing Services partners with Public Purchase, a web based eProcurement service. Public Purchase provides government agencies and their vendors with a comprehensive and easy to use web based eProcurement system. For our vendors, this eProcurement system provides you with automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations to vendors.
In addition, Public Purchase gives you access to bid opportunities with other government entities. All of this is provided at no charge. To view or respond to any solicitation, you must be registered with Public Purchase. This two-step registration process will only take a few minutes with instructions available on the Vendor Registration page. Once you are registered, click on the appropriate listing and you will be forwarded to Public Purchase where you can login to view and/or respond to the solicitation.

To be regularly notified of County Bid Solicitations, you must register as a vendor. During registration, select the commodity codes that match the goods or services you provide. When a solicitation opens that meets your selection criteria, you will be notified automatically.
You can request records by making a Public Records request to the County. To facilitate processing your Public Records Act request, we encourage you to use the electronic form provided, although the request may also be made orally, in person, by phone, or other written means. You will receive a response from Purchasing within ten (10) business days of your initial request.
